In your opinion, how difficult did you think the scope of the project would be?

In my opinion, the project was going to be moderately difficult. Some aspects of the project were going to be straightforward and easy to resolve but others would require extensive testing and problem-solving.

As time went on, how did you feel about our progress and capabilities regarding this project?

I felt very confident, the team worked exceptionally fast and delivered good results. We will have to see the difficulties that come with implementing the software that they have written with the full system to see how robust and repeatable it is in comparison to our current manufacturing test system. But I am confident that 8Fold has the technical expertise to tackle any problems which may arise.

How transparent do you think we were during the project’s progress? In other words, do you think we communicated with your organization quickly and effectively?

Yes, I believe 8Fold had great communication, we actively heard updates every day and saw tangible results on a weekly basis.

Are you more inclined to reach out to us for other projects you would like to outsource in the future?

Yes

How would you rate 8Fold’s flexibility and attentiveness to your company’s needs?

Very flexible and attentive to any changes to the project to see how they can change their action plan to satisfy our needs.

How would you rate the staff’s extent

of knowledge and self-reliability regarding the project? Did you ever feel like we asked too many questions or questions that were obvious?

Very self-reliable, if the staff did not have a deep understanding of the subject matter, they would take the time to research the problem and return with more answers than questions. Never felt like too many questions were asked.

Would you feel comfortable recommending 8Fold to other people/businesses over other competitors if asked?
